Simple Chili in 4 Easy Steps!

Simple Chili

1 chopped onion

3 cloves of minced garlic
2 lbs. of ground beef
3 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1 t. garlic powder
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
32 oz. tomato or vegetable juice
15 oz. can chili beans
1. In a large stockpot saute the chopped onion and cloves of minced garlic.
2. Add in ground beef, cooking with the onion and garlic.  When meat is cooked, drain off fat.
3. To the pot add: chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, can(s) of tomato sauce, tomato or vegetable juice and can of chili beans, undrained.
4. Stir, simmer and serve!
