Almond Joy Poke Cake
1 box Pillsbury White Cake Mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. melted coconut oil
16 oz. Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting
2 c. shredded sweetened coconut
12 oz. hot fudge
2 oz. sliced almonds
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
2. Mix together the cake mix, eggs, water and coconut oil until the batter is smooth. Pour into the greased pan and bake for 34 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
3. Allow the cake to cool.
4. Using the end of a wooden spoon poke holes throughout the entire cake. Spread on the hot fudge, slightly pushing down into those holes.
5. In a bowl combine the frosting and coconut. Spread this on top of the hot fudge.
6. Sprinkle with almonds.
