1/2 cup – Real Butter – melted
1 cup – Light brown sugar
1 cup – Regular sugar
2 – eggs
2 Tbsp – Vanilla
2 tsp – Baking Powder
2 tsp – Cinnamon
1/2 tsp – Salt
2 cup – Flour
1 cup – Apples, peeled, cored and chopped (about 1 large apple) ~ I used Granny Smith

1/4 cup – sugar
2 tsp – Cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Pour the melted butter into a large mixing bowl; to this add the sugars, vanilla and eggs. Using a spoon, combine well.
3. Into the sugar mixture, add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir until well. Batter will be thick.
4. Add in the apples and spread into prepared baking dish.
5. In a small dish, combine sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over batter.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Test by poking a toothpick in it. If it comes out clean it is ready!
